Customization & File Requirements

Text vs. Image: For each design, you can either type text OR upload an image. Once you start typing or select a file, the other option will disappear to keep your order clear.
Placement: You can choose up to 3 unique locations. Once a location (like "Left Wrist") is picked for one design, it cannot be picked for another.
Text Limit: Recommended max 25 characters for the best embroidery look.
File Formats: PNG, JPG, or SVG work best.
Specific Styles: Use the “General Special Instructions” box at the bottom for notes like "left chest arched" or "right wrist upside down."

Preview & Revisions

One free revision on the preview included.
Production starts only after you approve the design.

Returns & Guarantees

Custom items can only be returned or replaced if defective or incorrect. Contact support within 48 hours with photos and your order number if there’s an issue.
